Refund Policy for Puffin's Pets

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Frozen food
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., grooming supplies)
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges and Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible items may be exchanged or redeemed for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit can be used both online and at our physical store location.
